
Adeline Mai
Adeline Mai is a freshman at Trinity University on the pre-med track with aspirations to become a doctor specializing in pediatric care. Her passion for performing ignited in elementary school when she took on the lead role of Pinocchio in "My Son Pinocchio Jr." This early experience set her on a path of nuanced acting and seven years of dedication to Speech & Debate. Notably, she was a runner-up in Program Oral Interpretation at the prestigious 2024 Harvard National Tournament, a competition that attracts the best in the nation. That same year, she secured 15th place at the National Speech & Debate Association Tournament. In Duo Interpretation, Debbie Simon: Adeline claimed the championship at the Longhorn Classic Tournament and finished as the runner-up at the Tournament of Champions in 2023. As a former Speech & Debate Interpretation Captain, Adeline takes great pleasure in mentoring aspiring performers. She is eager to guide students to success, specializing in blocking, characterization, and captivating stage presence. Recently graduated from high school, Adeline brings a fresh perspective on the competitive landscape, ready to offer innovative insights for the upcoming season."
